Valentine's Date Night- Leather & Lace

Jacket (Comes in three colors!) // Brixon Ivy lace dress by StitchFix // Sabika bracelet & earrings // H&M ankle boots, similar here // MAC lipstick in Dubonnet

Happy hearts day to all you lovers out there! :) Valentine's Day is tomorrow, and I know some of you ladies are still wondering "WHAT should I wear?!"

You can never go wrong with a LBD (Little Black Dress). Most of us have one in our closet already, which makes last-minute outfit decisions easier. Black may not seem like the most romantic color, but its chic and classy. It's also flattering on EVERY body type! (Bonus!) I started with this lace-detailed fit-n-flare number I got in my latest Stitch Fix. **More on Stitch Fix in a bit!**

To toughen up the girlie lace, I added my most favorite faux leather jacket by BLANKNYC from Nordstrom. It fits amazing and its surprisingly warm. Seriously my most favorite jacket at the moment! It also comes in a blue and tan, which makes it tempting to get all the colors!

Don't be afraid to add cute heels or stick with the tougher look and go for some ankle boots! These are from H&M and I love them. Perfect heel height and comfortable enough for some romantic strolling after a great dinner date!

I kept jewelry simple with my favorite Sabika bracelet and earrings. A little sparkle goes a long way! As for makeup, go soft with the eyes and add a bold red lip! It really pops against the black.

A little about Stitch Fix- its a service that sends you clothes to try on and buy, without having to go out and shop! Fill out a style profile, and their team of stylists will curate a box just for you! You pay $20 per box, and that $20 can be used as credit towards anything you choose to purchase in the box. (There's also a discount if you purchase the entire box!) I've had some success so far with the service and want to share my referral link in case you are interested! Click here to check it out!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day! If you don't have a sweetheart, spend time with friends or family and tell everyone how much you love them.

XOXO, Ashley
